Bently 990-04-70-01-00, that is, a shaft vibration transmitter produced by Bently Nevada, is used together with 3300 NSv proximity probe and extension cable for rotating equipment condition monitoring. It is widely installed on centrifugal compressors, pumps, motors, fans and other rotating machinery in petrochemical, power and metallurgical plants. It adopts eddy-current signal processing technology to convert the original vibration signal collected by the probe into standard 4-20mA analog signal.

This transmitter receives vibration signals from the proximity probe, processes and converts the signals, then outputs 4-20mA signals to DCS or PLC control system for vibration trend monitoring and alarm interlock. It is equipped with signal fault detection function. It will output abnormal signal when probe failure or signal loss occurs. It also provides dynamic signal output port for onsite fault diagnosis. During equipment operation, it continuously monitors shaft vibration status and feeds back real-time vibration data to the control system.
